I was convinced that a BIG chain store would offer a better price & quicker service, BUT that was not the case. My husband wanted the job to be done by a LOCAL business & we price compared & Family OWNED Handsels Flooring offered the best all around - Price & Product, We will refer everyone to this establishment! We were originally happy with our floors but after just a month we realized we weren’t recommended the flooring that we had talked about in our first appointment. I needed flooring that was low maintenance since we have three children. These floors are already scratched up from normal wear and tear. I am a very clean person and I like things just so and having to constantly clean up scuff marks that I have to constantly scrub out and make sure there are protectors on all of my dining chairs other things that move is not very convenient. The hallway area is already bowed up as well. We were also told that we didn’t need to purchase new quarter round and we definitely needed too but trusted them anyways. If I could give this “business” less than zero stars, I would but it forces you to leave at least one star to post. I live out of town and they did a job on a rental property that I was selling. Clearly, they didn’t expect me to show up and inspect the floor the way I did because the way they “finished” the job was LESS than professional. Then they made excuses that their installer had been injured in a 4 wheeler accident and probably wasn’t aware that the adhesive/sealer they were using had changed. When the installer (Charles) had to come back out to attempt to fix his mistakes, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. They admitted that the carpet they sold me had been leftover from another job so essentially the previous customer paid for the carpet in full and then they resold it to
