Loved working with Ivan from Handson Construction. Two of our houses had water damage, and Ivan took care of the mitigation process and made sure the job got completed all the way. He made the process feel easy and smooth. They truly get their “handson” the project, and get the job done. Highly recommend

I have been extremely happy with this company and have used their services for several years. They do amazing work and there has never been any occasion where they have fallen short in the quality of work, timeliness, professionalism or in any other way. They have always done the best quality work and have delivered whatever they had promised at very competitive prices. Ivan is always very professional and on a few occasions has even come over late in the evening for emergency mitigation work at a short notice. The quality of work he does is beyond comparison. I feel lucky to have found this company to take care of our rental properties. We have done several upgrades and remodels. There have also been occasions where he has done mitigation for water damage. I found him to be very reliable

Ivan is great! Dealing with the insurance company and trying to understand why their itemized estimate was so much lower than I knew it should be to mitigate and repair a room with 3 separate textured/multi-colored types of surfaces was very stressful - until Ivan entered the picture. He understood the problem and apparently was able to read/speak the insurance-lingo. We ended up getting everything we needed to fix the room back up to its lux-level. He also was very prompt to call me back whenever reached out to him, which is unusual for this industry. "Hands-on" is an appropriate name! Thanks, Ivan!

When accidents happen in your house, the best person for this is Ivan who will help you with any issues. He is responsible and easy to work with. He is the best and highly recommended this company.

I had a water leak from the roof, which required drywall & paint, insulation, and flooring repairs. Hands on Construction dealt with the insurance claim & fixed everything. I would recommend this company as they are very efficient & clean up after themselves & did a great job!
