Handy Grandpa

Dave, “Handy Grandpa” replaced the exterior frame of 2 windows that were exposed to wind and rain preventing water to infiltrate behind the structure. He did careful caulking with the best quality sealant. The work was done effectively and he left the entryway in pristine conditions. I will not hesitate to require his services for further projects.

Dave is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He provided a realistic estimate for a faucet replacement and materials and even came in under budget. A rare talent these days. Thanks Dave!

My wife and I wanted a shed built in our backyard for storing stuff. We have very limited space behind our house because we are built on a slope. Handy Grandpa suggested we add a door to and build a floor in the very tall "crawl space" below our house. This was a superior solution because it gave us much more storage space than we could get with a shed and without wasting any space in our backyard. He even helped us lower the fence behind our house because it blocked the pretty view of the forest.
