I’m not a big review guy unless I’m terribly disappointed or impressed. Reason for this review is the latter. Handy Hero sent us Joshua, who was kind, polite and every bit a gentleman. While his diligence and hard work were impressive, his thorough attention to detail, making it appear as though “it never even happened,” is unmatched. All, at a very reasonable price. What kind of company in this day and age contacts you to ensure everything was done to your satisfaction? Thank you Joshua!! You’re our ‘go-to’ for anything that should come up in the future. Joshua recently replaced the brake pads on my Rogue, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service! He was clearly very knowledgeable and completed the job quickly and professionally. The price was also very reasonable. What truly went above and beyond was that Joshua noticed an issue with my outside door and took the initiative to repair it as well.
