Joseph has completely shifted my opinion on renovations. He handled and prioritized the whole renovation since we were limited on time, he was RELIABLE (which is something extremely important to me) he was very professional and addressed all my questions and concerns promptly. My husband and I were truly impressed with the quality of work he and his team provided, professionalism, and how he took our stressful situation and made it so simple and even enjoyable! I would easily (and very comfortably) recommend 26 builders to friends , family and my clients!

I hired joseph ( owners of 26 builders ) as I had a renovation for my income property. We had a brand new kitchen ,2 bathrooms to do and all new flooring . First thing that got me was the timeline he had given me , which was 2 weeks less than any other contractor. Sure enough he was exactly done on the date he estimated that he would be . Joseph was not only the most professional and trustworthy contractor I had hired as I have multiple properties and have been more disappointed than not . The communication was great during the project and before he started he assured me I would be happy when he was done . It’s not too often, I would give someone a five star review or take the time to write one but in this case, I have to say he is the only Contractor I will be using going forward. Thanks
