Very happy with our new door installation. We needed an exterior door with storm door installed. Our previous door was much shorter than a normal door. Mr. Ramsey and Mr. Umesh had to cut open the wall to lift the header to allow for a taller door. Thank God they did because it was a mess covered up by dry wall. They had to reframe the door to make it a safe entry way. Mr. Ramsey and Mr. Umesh were both professional, friendly, reliable and efficient. Mr. Ramsey was easy to reach and always responded in a reasonable time. It was a difficult job that required pros and we are happy we hired Handy Ramsey Handyman. Robert is a lifesaver! Our bathtub drain was clogged and a few weeks later our heat went out. Both issued occurred over the weekend. Rob responded promptly to our text and came right out to help! He quickly cleared our clogged drain and repaired a pipe that was improperly installed by another contractor. When our heat stopped working over the weekend and so close to Christmas, I thought for sure we’d have to freeze until after the holidays. Robert came out the next day. (ON A SUNDAY!) The heater can only be accessed through my downstairs neighbor's apartment and he wasn't at home. Rob reached out to my neighbor, coordinated a time when he would be home, came back out the same day and stayed until he fixed the issue and our heat was restored. Robert goes above and beyond.
