Handyman Connection of Wilmington

We had a glass shower food installed by Handyman Connections. Communication was great from start to finish. They did a great job and worked fast. The guys were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up and removed all debris after they were done. We are happy with the work they did and will use them again in the future.

Had black handrails installed on the front of my house. After closer inspection I saw where some adjustments needed so called the company. One of the owners came out to inspect the job then stayed to fix the problems. He did a great job and the rails now look great. He said to call if I need any further adjustments later on. A great company! Thank you!

They came out to install a bathroom door and adjust the back door. I thought job went well. Communication and timeliness went ok and was pleased after job was done. When my second set of eyes reviewed the job, he was not pleased and insisted wasted time and money. Bedroom Door: -Estimate includes wood which was not used -Magnets were mentioned for me to install rather than including this as part of installation -hole was not drilled for doorknob -noted all materials was provided by me including the hinges and screws -hinges are crooked -doors are not at the same height Back Door: -No weatherproof provided Foretold these concerns to the company and was told someone would come back out and address them. The project ended up being a tub to shower conversion. Rob the estimator provided great insight from his years of experience. And Tim installed a shower, new flooring and made everything look new again. Great attention to detail. Thank you for a wonderful outcome.

The workmen showed up on time, worked solid, had great attitudes, weren't drunk or high, knew their jobs and got it done in good time. They are salt of the earth fellows that know their trade. I WILL have them back for the next project. In the pictures below you see what I started with and later what I got after they were done. Wow! What a difference!
