We hired him to install a basement door. He showed up with minimal tools and no assistance. My husband ended up having to help as there was no way he could lift a framed door and hold it in place while anchoring it. Handyman John even had to go buy anchors which he did not bring. He used our scrap wood to fill in the gaps. I cannot even describe what a bad job he did. We ended up having to fix the mess he made by running to home depot for material. We could still feel the wind coming through the gaps. Never again! If I knew how I would post a picture.
