Handyman Mark Flannery

Mark Flannery's expertise in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and design were evident in project he took on at my request. I asked Mark to build a full bath in a 10'x 10' space. Mark estimated a cost before I signed a contract, and he remained within that estimate. When I asked for additional work, he was clear about costs that were beyond our initial contract. Mark has a good eye for color and design (paint, flooring, blinds etc.) and practical sense to recommend what is economical. What I most appreciated was fact that Mark discovered a pipe/plumbing problem under our house. Since my home is owned by an entity that needed to approve repair of this pipe, Mark was appropriately assertive and persistent in making this known since my property owner did not believe there was a problem. M

Mark installed two ceiling fans for me and I was very happy with him. Very polite and would recommend him doing a job. Mark also moved my beds so he could access the fans.

Mark was real professional.Take his time and did a great job. I highly recommend him if you need work done.
