Made an appointment for estimate 5 days in advance. I called to confirm appt between 10am and 12 the day before. No one showed up, I called at 1 the receptionist said the workman would call 1/2 before he arrived, no call, called back at 2:30 she said someone had called me and she would have him call right away, they did not call nor call me back, called again at 3:30 she said the workman said he called and he did not. He finally called at 3:47 and was annoyed he rescheduled for the next day. In the evening he texted the he was canceling, II texted back: Are you going to reschedule, no response. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.

Made an appointment for them to show up between 12pm and 2pm. No one showed up or called. I called the phone number and all they said was the handy man will call you. Still no one called me back. Not very professional.

The representative did an awesome job. I will recommend him all the time. He came on time and went above and beyond and did a very fine with my bed. I love the end results. Fantastic!

Did not show up on time after they canceled the first appt for the estimate. The estimate was outrageous and all it was demolition work. Way off from other estimates I received.
