I’d hired Rich for a small job this summer based on stellar reviews from other customers. I was satisfied with his work in building a gate for our deck and making repairs to a rotted staircase. I was quite thrilled to have found someone reliable for future projects. In the fall I accepted his bid to build a 170’ fence on our property. Sadly I found the work very shoddy and it seemed rushed. I let him know it was unacceptable and he said he’d talk to his guys ( two young men). They improved a lot of the bad spacing, gaps, uneven rails etc. but these photos are all from the “finished project”. I guess I just expected better from someone with all five star reviews. You be the judge.., does this look five star??

Handyman Rich and his helpers quickly found and repaired the leak in my waterline, fixed it, and removed all the moldy things (2 tons worth). After this, new drywall, additional electric work, paint and new carpet. My studio is ready to work in again. And the best part Rich gave me new design and great organizational tips to make the most of my space. All involved were friendly, helpful, professional and hard working. Best of all the project was very affordable! I highly recommend Handyman Rich for any service you may need!

We had a great experience working with Rich. We just purchased a house and he was referred by the home inspector. I sent him a list of things we needed done and provided pics. He texted when he was on his way and gave us an arrival time link. He handled several projects, including fixing a rotting outdoor staircase, installed a new shower curtain rod and a new drapery rod, replaced light fixtures, cleared dryer vent, and repaired a double hung window. Rich was prompt, professional, and very detail-oriented. He left the areas spotless afterwards, too. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone who needs quality handyman work at a reasonable price.

We had a great experience with this company! I called Rich and he showed up like a half an hour later. I showed him how the eaves of my roof were cracking. An hour or so later his coworker/roofer Manuel showed up to assess. We got an estimate within 30 minutes and next thing we know he is working on the roof. A few hours after that and it was all done. From start to finish in one day! They were so quick to respond, efficient, and did great work. Thanks Rich and Manuel!

I highly recommend working with Rich for a professional and pleasant experience. Although our project lasted a bit longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, Rich made sure everything was taken care of all the way to the end. We will definitely work with Rich again in the future!
