Larry is awesome. He does the job correctly the first time, is on-time, does as he promises, AND cleans up his work area. This is rare! I have used his services many times for a myriad of projects, and simple or complex he gets it done with a good attitude. He’s a nice guy too, can be counted on, and very trustworthy. As an owner of rental property, Larry is my go to guy for home maintenance and when it’s time to turnover a property for new tenants. He recently helped me get a property back on the rental market in no time. He shows up promptly with his truck full of tools and supplies and gets to work. He does large jobs with ease, such as replacing sliding glass doors with French doors. He also does many smaller tasks such as clearing clogged drains, snaking toilets, securing loose faucets, caulking all over the place and removing mystery matter from floors.
