I have been using Dan the Handyman for more than a year. His service, promptness and craftsmanship are top notch. He even cleans up after himself. He has framed in skylights for me, pressure washed and stained my deck, repaired a wall, replaced foot molding, caulked and grouted my showers and changed door locks. He is polite, on time and thorough. As he was pressure washing my deck he noticed my railing was loose so he fixed it and didn't even charge me. The Handyman is my go-to guy for anything related to my house. If he can't do the job he will recommend someone who can. When he does take a job he he does it right and his prices are reasonable. Submitted my name for a free estimate and he promptly called back and set an appointment to look at my house 7 days later. He came and wrote down all the details and said he would get back to me. Never did, and after him not returning my calls for over a month have given up. Not the way to treat customers or potential customers.

Dan responded promptly to my initial request, arrived as scheduled, and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. We will definitely call him for our next project!
