This is a great product for the price point. All of their customer service reps have been very helpful every time I've called.

The people here were very helpful when trying to figure out what pavers and wall block I needed. They also have several different pamphlets from product info to pricing and everything in between.

Great service and selection and the ladies in the office Are very helpful and nice.

Most uncooperative inside / telephone order takers I've dealt with. Ridiculously by the book, which requires their customers to jump through the hoops for them. I guess they are afraid someone will get something over on them. Not friendly or interested in repeat business in the least.

Service is done all wrong here. Common sense would tell you that when you arrive to go in the store to talk to an associate about what you want. Well that isn't how it's done here. You are told to go back out and wander around the yard (which is dangerous with all the forklift traffic) until you run into a sales associate in an orange shirt. I did that for a while and only found two orange shirts, both of which where busy. So after standing around for a while longer with no assistance I took my business to Lowes. Also the customer parking lot here is ridiculous, it's far too small for all the trailers and traffic.
