My husband and I are first time homeowners and the previous homeowner had not had the furnace inspected in 14 years. We were recommended Hans through family and friends and Brad came to our home to inspect the furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and everything that needed to be done in a way that made sense. We really appreciate how he wasn’t trying to confuse us into paying for something that we didn’t need considering many companies tend to take advantage of young homeowners. It was such a pleasant experience we ended up choosing the yearly plan since we trust them to come back in the spring for an AC inspection.
