We were very pleased with the demolition services provided by Hansco. Extra Cudos to Shane, the company representative who was the liaison between the company & us. Shane was very professional & courteous throughout the process. He was very quick to answer any questions i had, & was great with demolition updates & status. Hansco also did a great job grading the lot (for our future home) after demolition was completed. Overall, the service was wonderful, & the price point reasonable. I would definitely recommend Hansco to anyone needing demolition service(s.)

The HANSCO Crew just finished clearing a residential lot in Lavaca for us. The property had a 175 ft. long concrete block fence down one side, a 1,000 sq. ft. building on it, and tons of concrete pads that went 4 ft. below ground-level. This was a massive project and Alec did a masterful job. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend HANSCO for any type of Demolition work. The property has been perfectly graded and is now construction-ready.

Shane the owner is one of the best people you can meet ever! Every job every customer he treats with respect and gives more than 100% and getting the job done and taking care of his employees! You could not ask for a better man/the demolition company!

I have been eyeing a development project on South Housman Road in San Antonio, and I have to say, I found it a real shame that these old, 1960's ranch homes were demolished. I realize that Hansco did not choose to tear down these houses, it was a decision made by the developer, but I was really disappointed when I saw these beautiful historic houses bulldozed to the ground.
