Hansen Bros has been our go to choice for several projects. They are truly specialist of their trade and have taken on jobs for us that are beyond difficult with a finished product that surpasses expectation. The quality of their windows and installation is in a league of its own!

We share the views of other disappointed customers of Hansen Bros after getting a quote on work months ago and paying a $500 deposit they are now impossible to contact. After leaving numerous messages & calling into their (always closed) office. Update months later - they finally showed up and did a great job! I would still rate their customer service one star but the finished work is a four star if you don’t mind the frustration of waiting!

For many, many years Hansen Bros was our family’s go-to company for windows. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Early this year we had them replace several windows. These windows have not worked properly since they were installed. Trying to get them to come back to correct the issue proved very difficult. After several phones calls and weeks of waiting they finally sent someone to fix the windows. The repair person insisted the windows were fine and that we were opening them incorrectly. He drilled some holes and put in some screws. This did not correct the problem of the windows slipping down when opened or of the windows not closing properly. In the following months we called Hansen Bros repeatedly only to be told they would “get to us” when they could. Our last communication was

We had our roof fully replaced by Hansen Bros and must say it was the best experience i have encountered in dealing with a contractor. They showed up right on time and before i can blink the job was done! No issues, no drama, no headaches. I thank Hansen Bros once again for a tremendous job!

These guys are amazing! I had Tom come out and give me an estimate for a bathroom window, and sliding glass door! He said he would be here at 10:00AM, he was here at 9:55!!! Punctuality is the key to success! He was knowledgeable helpful! The price he gave me was beyond fair! I highly recomend them! Very impressed!!!
