Hansen Roofing and Construction

Hansen Roofing replaced my roof and did an amazing job. It had severe hail damage from the 2008 hailstorm and I had no clue until It started leaking. I called Hansen Roofing and they were out to my house the following day. After an inspection with photos, I contacted my insurance agent and provided them that information. They had a check in the mail that day. I was not out of pocket a penny. He made it super easy too! I was bragging about Hansen Roofing to my neighbor that has not had their roof replaced since the 2008 storm. 2 weeks later they replaced his roof as well! Give them a call today.

I wanted to like them, honestly. They are local and I love to support my home town. However, they were unreliable, didn't show up when they said they would and even stole utilities from my house when I was gone. I felt like my job was too small for them to bother with me. Thankfully, most of my damage was only on my fence. I called the owner several times and whenever I talked to him, he was polite, but he never showed up. They harass all the negative reviews on social media, which makes me wonder how many more people would make negative comments if they weren't doing that. Personally, I would go with someone else.

Hansen roofing is the REAL Deal. Scott is professional and dependable. Hail storm 4/29/16 in Fort Smith, Ar. Everyone with a hammer showed up claiming to be roofers. I was approached by many, but sought out Hansen Roofing. After talking to Mark and then meeting Scott Hansen, I knew Hansen Roofing was the one. Referred them to my next door neighbor and also a brother from the church who lived in a different part of city. They will do you right. Hansen Roofing!!!

Their communication is terrible. They put a metal roof on my house a year ago. Had trouble getting them out to do it. Many no shows and then show up without notice. I called 6 weeks ago for a small repair. James came out to see but then I never heard back from him. I called back and he said "oh they didn't come out and do it?". I have called several times since and never even get a call back. A company is only as good as their service and their service is awful!

Scott and his crew are the best local roofers. He was very thorough in his explanation of the replacement, and his crew left the ground clean. Excellent roofing job!
