He didn't show up the first time but did answer his phone and showed up the second appointment. I understand time constraints can't always be met. I wasn't waiting for him though.
We called and were told they'd come give a quote and NEVER did show up. Dissapointed. It would have been better to have just said they were too busy to quote at this time than to have never showed up. Honesty goes a long way!
Dave was great, checked things out, let me know they were busy, so he was up front about how long it was going to take before they could repair my roof. I like that in a business when they are up front about what and when they can get things done.
No other roofing company like it in the carbon county area. Should be starting back up again for the season soon
They never answer their phone.
