John from Hansens was amazing! I had frozen pipes today, he was at my house within an hour of me calling. Got the pipes thawed out very quickly. Wrapped my outside pipe better. Went above and beyond!! Very thorough and professional! Would definitely recommend Hansens!! Thank you to there awesome technician John!!!!
When I first called the man was very helpful. They scheduled me and showed up fast. The technician was very nice and knew what he was doing. The cost to get the furnace running was much cheaper than I expected. Definitely would use this company again.
Hanson’s promptly showed up (less than an hour after I requested service) and cleared an ice jam from my sewer line. The guys were very professional and gave some good ideas to prevent this from happening in the future. I will definitely hire them again.
Prompt service, efficient, competent and courteous plumbing and HVAC technicians. They have done new installation and repair work for us for over 6 years. They stand behind their work! I’m a retired perfectionist architect and I think that they are great!
