When my compressor went out and the part was delayed, Lee and his team went above and beyond to get me up and running again. It’s really easy to have great customer service when everything is running smoothly, it’s another to maintain that same support when nothing is going right. The whole Happy Customer team remained professional, and caring, and worked tirelessly to make sure I was cared for as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to anyone, hands down.
The unit stopped working and no one was calling me back. Lee got us on the schedule the same day and actually figured out the problem instead of the quick fix others were using. So problem will be fixed correctly so it doesn’t happen again. Will definitely be using this company in the future.
