I was especially impressed by his prompt communication and his willingness to accommodate my schedule. Since I’m often on work calls during the day and unable to take personal phone calls, we coordinated everything seamlessly through email and text. The entire process was incredibly smooth. I needed to have my hot tub removed. After sending Micah a few pictures, he quickly provided a fair estimate. When I wasn’t sure how to properly disconnect the power, he even helped me find a qualified electrician to safely handle that portion. Micah and his employee worked diligently to remove the hot tub from my backyard. They ultimately had to cut it apart and remove it piece by piece

OMGosh. Happy Hippo Junk Removal did a AMAZING job. They were on time and made very quick work of junk stored in a 22+ year old shed and then made the shed disappear too. Soooo glad i called.
