The owner of this company, Michael Afflitto, has 4 other business affiliations with a lady who owns multiple rental properties, including the house next door, which is in deplorable condition, see photos. I have seen Michael at the home numerous times over the years, so he and the owner are well aware of the condition. I am trying to sell my home and we contacted Michael 3 weeks ago asking him to please address the exterior mold and other issues with the home which is directly affecting the sale of mine per feedback by real estate agents who have brought potential buyers to my home. Very disappointed in their overall work performance. The entire house was gutted and They cut many corners. The new vinyl flooring was installed without moisture bearing base and after only 2 years the flooring is buckling throughout the house. The electrical outlets did not meet code and we have had to replace most of them. We approached Happy Homes and they ignored our request to fix their mistakes. Very disappointed.

We recently removed our master bathroom vanity. It was an odd size so we didnt want to get a box store model. We were given Mike's name and he gave us a quote including installation that was very reasonable. We arranged for an install day and he arrived on time. The vanity looks great and Mike did a clean professional job.

Mike is a gem!! Highly skilled, knowledgeable, super busy (so be patient) . Whether it's a kitchen or bathroom, Mike will see your vision through.
