Happy Home Painting

I loved working with Sue and her team from happy home painting. They did a meticulous job and I feel like I have a new home! They didn’t just paint over the imperfections- they fixed them all first! They were prompt, reconfirmed what was going to be painted and in what color and did a great job with clean up. I would highly recommend giving them a try and getting an estimate. Job well done!

Sue was referred to us by a friend when we moved into our new build. That friend had great feedback, but it did not prepare us for the level of attention, care, and partnership we’d come to value after working with Sue over the past 2.5 years. In that time, Sue has painted nearly every interior wall at least once, but sometimes twice, but that’s only because we’re always thinking of reasons to bring Sue back out! The real pièce de résistance has been our stunning reading nook. Sue is a perfectionist, an excellent communicator, and a great human, and we feel lucky to have found someone like her to help turn our house into a home.

I initially selected Happy Home Painting over a year ago to paint the exterior of our 3,000 sq. foot home. I had three different quotes for the exterior of our house to be painted. Happy Home had a great price, and I personally know one of the owners. The exterior paint job was perfectly done with detailed lines and several coats which should last for years to come. During the exterior paint job we got to know Sue and Yunior, the other owner and their lead painter. A year after the exterior paint job we asked them back to paint the interior of our whole house. Sue and her team scraped off the “popcorn texture” and painted ceilings in 4 rooms. The process created a lot of dust but the team covered the walls, floors and furniture daily and cleaned up each night so we could use the bedroom. The ceilings required a lot of prep work to fix seams, nail heads and stains. End result is a flawless paint job. I will use Happy Home Painting again and recommend them for their professionalism, quality of work and fair cost.
