Justin, our Happy Home Services technician was amazing. He was so polite, friendly and efficient. The work he completed was thorough and he was careful to double check a couple of things we had talked about without prompting from me. The gutter cleaning left a mess on our lanai and I told my husband we would need to clean it up after Justin was gone. I didn’t expect him to do it. He was here to clean gutters, after all. To my delight, when I looked outside, there he was making sure everything was clean as a whistle. He even cleaned the screens! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked. We will definitely use this company again!

Just had an AMAZING experience at Happy Homes. I had my two children with me aged 1.5 and 3.5. I wasn’t sure how they would do as I took time to pick out material for our new home being built. Every one of the staff members were so so super helpful. They gave the kids fries, surprised them with chocolate milk and cake pops, and even helped keep them occupied the entire time while I picked everything out. I was probably there for 3 hours. All the staff were so helpful in helping me make cosmetic and financial decision to help put together a master plan for my new home. They had such a professional and family feel to their business. This was some of the best service I could have ever imagined. I am so thankful I went there. I would recommend this company hands down to anyone. Thank you Happ

Wonderful company to work with. Love the show room. Plenty of choices. 3 years ago we had Happy Home Services replace carpeting with tile throughout the main living areas of our home. They did such an outstanding job, that we had them come out recently to do the same for our in home office. Their staff was dependable, knowledgeable, and on time. Would do business again in a heartbeat!

Don't waste your time. They came out to my home 3 months after Hurricane Ian, took measurements, and enthusiastically discussed their plan for my renovation. I never heard from them again. When I would call periodically to check on the status of the quote, I was told Eddie was busy and hadn't completed the estimate yet. Mindy eventually told me, months later, that Eddie "has a kind heart" and took on too much work (after which she refused to take any more calls from me.) The kind thing to do, actually, would be to turn down work you won't be able to get done.

Happy Home has been great to deal with! I utilized oxiclean on my brand new carpet and it created a yellow spot on my carpet. They came out to look at it for free and they also cleaned my carpets for free to see if the stain would come out! I cannot say enough good things about Chuck and John! Thank you! Updated Review (October 2022): I had another great experience with Happy Home. We could not be happier with their customer service. Our carpet had a manufacturing warranty issue and before the manager (John) even got approval from the manufacturer to replace our carpet, he agreed to do it. His exact words were, "regardless of whether this is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we want you to be happy." It is very rare to find a company that truly cares about the customer's h
