The owner was extremely nice and welcoming, and the receptionist who scheduled my appointment was just as pleasant and helpful. Contacted the AI answering service today (12/27) on 3 different occasions, texted the number on the website, and also Facebook messaged this company as well. Haven’t heard back from anyone. The AI answering service tells me someone will be out between 4:30-6:30 today and then at 7:15 pm tells me someone will contact me ASAP. Not sure who owns this company but they advertise being prompt and having 24/7 service. This isn’t the case. I’ve never left a review in my life but hopefully the owner of this company see’s this and addresses this. They might be a great company mon - fri but not on Saturday.
