Great experience, great communication. Roman installed a duel zone mini split for my mother's house. Did a top notch job with the install , unfortunately the unit was throwing an error code after install. Roman came back and made sure to trouble shoot it and fix it for no additional cost, turns out it was a factory assembly issue " look connection internally". Excellent customer service!!

Our furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving. I was given Harbor air as a recommendation from a friend - in addition to 3 other HVAC companies. My husband was not available to be involved and so it was up to me to meet the contractors and make the choice. Roman explained to me why he recommended the system he did he did, sent paperwork right away and accommodated getting his team in asap. They Did the work quickly and neatly. I am not want to write reviews but his professionalism and kindness warranted one . I highly recommend harbor air should you ever be in need!
