Andrew McKellar and Paul Rice have been outstanding to work with. They built my gym, Legion Performance Club in Carolina Park. Their entire team was very nice, communicated well, and always accommodating. They made their deadlines and kept me informed every step of the way. They helped make my dream come true. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for quality, integrity, and great communication.

Harbor has now completed two separate buildings for us, and I would recommend them for any building project. From the beginning they were involved with each step of the process. They added value by bringing their extensive dental construction experience. They would look ahead and solve issues before they became a problem—with equipment or vendors or the town. If they said that they would do something, they did it. Then they would take the time to follow up with me. Amazing. Pete, Darlene, Paul, Larry, and the entire Harbor team did an amazing job from start to finish. I highly recommend the Harbor team.

My husband and I used Harbor Contracting for the build-out of our second business location. We truly cannot say enough positive things about Pete (owner), Harbor, and the team in general. Darlene was our project manager and she always very communicative, responsive, and efficient. It was also nice to hear from Pete on occasion - it's often hard for a business owner to know each of their clients/projects, but he somehow manages to do this very well - it certainly adds a personal touch.
