Harbor Freight

I've come to be a fan. The staff here has been more than reasonable whenever I need them. I even bought a membership recently which paid for itself by my next visit. Their prices are low enough I've been able to buy tools I couldn't have afforded anywhere else. I spent my Black Friday budget here and don't regret it!

This location in particular is where I shop. Decent prices and selection of products. I love this store. It is relatively close to my job so I can spend time shopping around when I get off early. Highly recommend shopping here

Needed a floor jack. Wasn’t paying attention to sales when I brought up the one I planned to get. The cashier mentioned a better model that was on sale for cheaper, and saved me $50. Good customer service.

As we have all realized customer service is unfortunately becoming a lost art. Not the case with this HF location. Whitney was absolutely amazing. The store was buzzing with activity, she handled every customer in front, while answering phones and communicating with the staff to make it all happen seamlessly. I’d like to thank Whitney and the staff at HF for being very professional while obviously enjoying what they’ve built there. It’s a 40 minute drive to this location from my residence, no problem when the business is being conducted in this manner. Thanks again all!!

Well, as usual harbor freight has great deals on just about everything.I have never gone to harbor freight.And had a bad time, especially not here in waynesville, north carolina, I come from california.And it's a lot different people are grouchy out there out here.Everybody's so friendly and at harbor freight oh, they are so willing to help such a wonderful place.
