If this review is for the location in Ashland Tennessee, yes 5 stars! Customer service was beyond great! Very helpful and hospitable! Clean store with having what I wanted. Nothing like the shitty stores in Colorado and there it's all attitude.
Super nice place very polite people can't wait to go again
Shop a lot with Harbor Freight and I have been an inside Track Club member for years and years and it is 6:00 on a Wednesday and the store manager Dalton was extremely rude by telling me they were closing in 3 minutes to get what I needed. I am a business owner and if one of my employees was to say something like that to my customers they would no longer have a job the customers is what keeps my business open. It is a huge pet peeve of mine. If you want good customer would not recommend the Ashland City location. But if you don't care getting talked to like you're an inconvenience then maybe it is for you.
Always have what I need.. and then some! Membership is worth the savings! Thanks
Great service and teamwork to help me pick the correct tool for my DIY project. I will return to this store in the future.
