I had a disappointing visit at the HF in Defuniak. I was looking to buy a lathe and saw that they had the one I wanted on sale. After confirming they had it in stock online, I drove the 35 minutes to the store. I told the employee that I wanted to buy the Bauer lathe and he called someone in the storeroom to have one brought out. In less than 2 minutes I was told that they didn’t have any in stock. I asked if I could have a rain check since the sale ended the next day and was told no. I asked if they could order one and I pay for it now and was told no. I asked if I could buy the display model and was told no. The employee said that I could order one online and have it delivered to my home for an additional shipping fee or I could check other HF stores to see if they had any. I left the st

I bought something didn't get a receipt. Only few mins later try to go swap it out said no and had a mean attitude
