Harbor Freight

This is a great Harbor Freight location. It is a huge one loaded with stock from wall to wall. They greeted me with a friendly welcome as soon as i walked in and asked if i needed help finding anything. They are dog friendly, which i really appreciate. I came in for two coupon items, which were great deals, and they make it really easy to redeem by scanning them on your phone. This is a fun place!

Harbor Freight Tools specializes in Tools for smaller shops (Warehouse, Toolshop, woodshop and Craftsmen/Hobbyists). Very easy place to shop for specific things. Doesn't overwhelm you with too much inventory of non-essentials. Sales Staff is knowledgeable, friendly. Shelves are well-marked; inventory organized.

Helpful and friendly. Do your research and price checking, you might be surprised. Ww have not have not had problems with anything we have purchased.

Very poor customer service. Very rude and snarky employees including the manager. They refused a return on an expensive item that never worked because they did not have my phone number. I threaten filing a consumer fraud complaint. The manager treated me like a child and blamed her problem on me. Stay away. Poor management and high prices. NEVER going back.

Best location for miles. Clean. Great stock. Everyone is always very helpful. They're quick when you purchase something they need to get from the back. They're careful when loading large items into the vehicle for you. We have only had great experiences here.
