Harbor Freight

Val and Margie (sp?). Wow, they are just incredible employees. They are both so friendly and willing to help a customer. I exclusively shop at the lacey store (on Lacey blvd) because these two employees just make the customer experience incredible! When I think of a great customer experience, the service these two employees provide is exactly what I want! Don't change a thing! If you're curious about what Harbor Freight sells, I highly recommend you go to the Lacey store!

Haven't been a while. Nicely updated. Lots of stuff. More common hardware store items than just tools. Some more choices within a category. Helpful employees. Take u right to what u need. Makes a quick trip.

I have been coming to this Harbor Freight since it opened. They always have great customer service, a good understanding of their inventory and items locations, and positive attitudes. One worker specifically, Benjamin, offers such great conversation and a smile that is so genuine it makes me smile. People like him make this world a better place, God bless.

It used to be that craftsman was the way to go. You went to a Sears. They had a protection. You could bring the tool back if it broke. nowadays Harbor freight sales tools that aren't craftsmen. That aren't named brand per se, but they have the same protection. The same guarantee bring it back in and will replace it. That's a no-brainer for me. Harbor freight is an integral piece of my life as far as making money for me. The tools that I've got from Harbor freight I used for years and years. They don't sell me junk. And that's why I love the company. They're also very friendly. . the management runs the stores good clean and organized. The employees are friendly and it's always a joy to come to this store. Me this is like a sanctuary for me period

Richard the supervisor is outstanding! He walked us around, found everything we needed our project. Calked another location to hold what we were looking for also. Great experience!
