Harbor Freight

Harbor Freight has become a weekly shopping trip for the wife and myself. The wife is a craft person and really enjoys the tools and may other accessories to help her. She went are far as to buy me a new 56” tool box so she could take my 42” series 1 for her storage for her crafting supplies. WIN WIN!!!!

Because the manager Sydney put me through one of the worst and nastiest customer service experiences in my recollection, I'll no longer be coming to your store. No more buying ITC memberships each year. No more buying thousands of dollars in tools each year. I guess I won't be buying your $3,000 towable backhoe anytime soon. I'll take my tool expenses elsewhere. This remains until Sydney is no longer employed at HF.

People are always super friendly & they always try to give you a coupon on your purchase - even without asking.

Plenty of staff, great selection, quality stuff for the price. Love this store.
