If you need a particular tool to rely on every day to make a living, Harbor Freight may not be the best choice. But if it's a tool that you will use only once or just a few times, Harbor Freight is a great choice. Regardless, hard tools like wrenches and sockets come with a lifetime warranty. They no longer have the weekly freebies and Super Coupons offering 30% off, but the prices are still the best deals around, even compared to online for many items. The Inside Track Club offers extra savings, but you will need to be a frequent customer to justify the membership fee.

I would never recommend this store to someone that wanted to buy a toolbox. We spend nearly $300 and waited 2 weeks for this box to come in damaged the first time. Returned it and waited 2 more weeks for this one (shown in pictures) to be bent and dented. This is unacceptable that we have wasted time and gas to not have any compensation for this. They want us to hold on to the damaged box until they can ship another box to a different store. Hopefully this one comes in right this time.

Went in for one return, at first the staff member tried scanning receipt and doing return as normal, then she got all flustered and started stuttering saying actually we need to sign you up for rewards. FORCING a REWARDS sign up in order to return a $10 item! I SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT. Called the manager over and she said it’s on the receipt and on the counter, I said show me where. No one could find where it said anything about a forced rewards sign up, only about a state ID and basic info. Will never shop here again due to the staff and manager at this location. Resold my item on Facebook marketplace and will never deal with this coercive store again.

Tools are not the greatest is everybody knows, but the price is and what day have in store is amazing.Every city should have its own harbor freight

Kinda mid cheap cheap tools. If you only need a tool to last for one or occasional use, buy one here first. If you break it go buy a better version at a big box store.
