Harbor Freight

Sometimes I’m apprehensive going to a new hardware store based on previous experience but this Harbor Freight is definitely top-notch. Everything was well stocked and organized, signs clearly displayed. I could walk the whole store and casually browse without being stopped but once I did stop the clerk was quick and polite. The cashier was also friendly, providing unknown details about the return policy and extended warranty- information I hadn’t received at other locations. They definitely upkeep the traditional, local hardware store atmosphere.

I would like to leave a review about your employee Charles. He is extremely charming and polite, and he communicates with customers in such a pleasant and professional way. It’s always a great experience interacting with, you leave the store feeling happy and with a smile on your face :)

Walked in today to get a tool I needed to use for a bulb replacement (but didn’t know the name of said tool) and the worker that helped me was very kind and patient. He was able to figure out what I was talking about right away and helped me find it very quickly. Also, even though I’m sure I sounded stupid, he was nothing but nice and supportive!

Harbor Freight is always awesome, but today was especially awesome because Cordell was in such a good mood and brought the energy I needed.

Shop here if you want excellent service. They have wonderful staff and a good selection. I left my dog in the car, thinking they didn't allow pets when suddenly a staff worker approached me telling me my furry friend is allowed in the store. They had exactly what I wanted, and the employees approached me asking if I needed help before I had even started shopping. 5/5 experience.
