While visiting the Aquarium, we parked at their partner location at 55 Harbor Park. It’s about a 5 to 10-minute walk from the Aquarium. Overall, the parking experience was smooth. As a first-time visitor, you might get a little confused by the red lines indicating monthly reserved parking—just avoid those spots and you’ll be fine. If you're visiting the Aquarium, you can validate your parking ticket at the Aquarium exit. They’ll scan it, and the discount will automatically be applied when you pay at parking building. I ended up paying $18 for parking. For peace of mind, I prefer paying the garage fee over parking on the street.

We parked here the other night, and I was surprised. This place used to be kind of run down and unpleasant to park at. Looks like they definitely cleaned up the place. We definitely felt comftrouble parking here, and it was easy access to downtown Harbor..

I have used this parking garage numerous times and find it to be the most convenient and easily accessible. I always pay in advance for easy entrance and exit. The best part is the awesome security team allows us to use the restroom on the 2nd floor at their office which is a godsend after sitting in traffic.

I reserved parking for 2 nights using their site in November. When submitting payment, I continued to receive an error message in red on the top of the screen and was prompted to try again. I never received a confirmation number or email, the next day there were roughly 5 charges totaling over $100. When I called the number on the website it goes to someone's personal voicemail. When I call the number listed by Google I was connected to an attendant who said "Yes, that happens a lot, the charges will just fall off the account". The charges never "fell" off and there seems to be no way to get into contact with someone.
