Todd and team did a great job on our new roof installation. Our old original tile roof was worn and old looking and now it looks so good with the new GAF Timberline roof! He went over all of the details and unique features they offer that will insure that we have a long lasting, leak free roof well into the future in this harsh coastal climate we live in. My insurance company sent me a letter saying my roof is over 23 years old and I had one month to replace it or I would be dropped. I interviewed 5 roofing companies for the job. I was impressed with Todd from Harbor Roofing who came out and was very professional. He also showed samples and the difference in various products and their qualities. He left me a folder with his insurance and company ID etc which came in useful when my insurance agent requested it, I had the folder right there. Todd offered three quotes with various levels of product and warranty which I appreciated and his highest quote was only slightly more than the cheapest quote I was provided by the competition. Did a great job on our new roof. Showed up on time with 20 workers ready to go. Completed roof in two days. Thats removal of old roof new drip edge and vents plus repairs to wood and a new roof added. Great job and would highly recommend.

I have lived in the Panther Trace development for over 20+years. I have seen many roofing crews come and go. They arrive lolly gag around until told what to do. The crew from Harbor roofing was just the opposite. Todd's crew arrive right on time and immediately got to work. The foreman met with me to confirm what needed to be done (having roof as well as facia replaced) and while we were talking, the crew was already removing the old roof. The each knew what their task were and moved like a well oiled machine. The roof came off, they leveled and cleaned every inch and started laying the base material ands sealing all the edges. Had a metal roof installed Jan 2026. Owner is very nice and covers all details of the project. Scheduling was easy barring material delivery. Competitively priced, several options given for materials. Went with Milled finish to keep attic temps down. Crew was efficient and thorough. Answered all questions about the installation and unique areas of the roof. Highly recommend.
