Harbor Roofing

I had Harbor Arbor do two fences and one roof for me after Hurricane Harvey. Everything turned out great and their prices were just as great! There were a couple of minor issues which were addressed and resolved quickly. Josh and his crew were very polite and professional. I plan on using them again for other projects I have planned.

Had Josh come out to do my roof. He talk to the insuranxe company and helped wirh all the confusion i had dealing with the insurance company. The employees very polite and even cleaned up the neighbor's yard due to all the wind blowing that day. Great crew. I would definitely be calling back for other projects.

Called them to get a quote and he was at my house within 15 minute of the call and working. Extremely great customer service! Got the job done quick and done right. I will be recommending this company to friends and will definitely be using them again.

Lack of communication lead to misunderstanding and putting the fence facing the wrong side. Upon request on how we are going to fix the issue , all I recieved was an appologoly text message and that nothing can be done. Very unprofessional , and customer service needs work. I Will be leaving a negative report on yelp, and the SBB as well. I will not recommend the company to anyone. You pay what you get for. I would of had paid more for another company to have it done right.
