Harbor Tile & Carpet Cleaning

Today Alex from Harbor tile & carpet came to clean our couch and outdoor furniture. He let me know the day before approximately what time he was coming. This morning he let me now he was on his way. He made sure to protect my floors before he started. A few months ago we had Stanley steamer out. They did an ok job but obviously I wasn’t impressed since I called another company. Harbor Tile & Carpet Cleaning really did some magic in some very dirty and abused carpet that was on the verge of being replaced. But they brought it back to life and it looks brand new. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, pricing, and super happy with the results. I will definitely be working with them moving forward. Can’t forget to mention, Jonny & JC they were super awesome and great to work with.

I highly recommend this family run carpet and tile cleaning company! Not only did they make my rug look brand new, but they are huge pet lovers on top of that. They loved my dog so much they even sent him home some delicious treats with personal letter. I think he might be convinced he hired them. 😉 Amazing work, super kind people, and officially my pup’s new favorite humans! 🐶✨ I will only be using them from now on for my cleaning needs. Our tile floors look fabulous! They did an amazing job and we are so grateful!! 3 days prior a different tile cleaning company had “faulty equipment” that left our tile floors and grout so dirty we were afraid they would never be clean again. We have a new go to for tile cleaning for sure and I would gladly refer them to family and friends!!

I recently hired Harbor Tile and Carpet to deep clean a well used sectional sofa as well as the upholstered skirt on the king bed in my primary bedroom. JC in their office made setting up the appointment and resolving details of the services a breeze. Everything was up front, easy to understand and handled in a totally professional manner. Alex and Jonny, wearing booties and bearing a treat for my cat, arrived at my home promptly to perform the work.
