Review of Quartzite Countertop Installation – Hard Rock Stone I am extremely disappointed with the quality of workmanship and overall service I received during the installation of my quartzite kitchen countertops. I selected two slabs to cover the entire area, trusting that the fabricator and installers would ensure proper matching and professional handling. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The snack-bar section required two pieces, but once installed, the design did not match at all, and one piece ended up several shades darker than the other. Additionally, the quartzite was scratched by a razor blade while the installer was cleaning adhesive, and three other areas on the main counter were scratched by a tool of some sort. A specialist was brought in to repair these damaged spots,

I just want to say thank you to Matt and everyone at Hard stone Works. I walked in (im sure like a crazy lady) at 315 on a Saturday when they closed at 4. I had ordered counters at home depot I fell in love with but they tried to screw us over after we paid. I knew exactly what I wanted Matt took me to it I said yup thats it, showed him my back splash and he said nope that'll clash, took me to another slab and thats where we found the one!! He wrote it up I paid and had a date to get it installed! All out by 4! Thank you again for your trusted opinion and not taking advantage of a girl trying to remodel her home by herself :) the price was great and everyone we came in contact with was extremely professional and communicated lovely!

I worked with Bill at Hard Rock on my stone for both my kitchen and bathroom and had a wonderful experience both times. I never felt rushed in picking out my stone, and Bill was always very knowledgeable and transparent. I would highly recommend him and Hard Rock to anyone working on any home project.

Hands down the best place for stone, Susan on the sales team makes things so easy, she takes time to walk you through all selections, very professional with a great eye for design, upper management makes great decisions and treats you like a customer from start to finish, they make you feel like they appreciate your business and truly have your back if issues arise. Hard Rock is the place to go. My experience was A-1 starting with Bill, my sales person, who was always available to help. The sink I ordered was too big and I didn't know what size sink to reorder. Bill talked to their engineers who supplied the dimensions that would work. So helpful. The installers Blake and his partner arrived on time and were very professional and polite. They worked for 3 1/2 hours removing the old granite and installing the new quartz counters. Their work is impeccable. The biggest surprise was that there was no mess. I would definitely use Hard Rock again.
