Great service! Professional, friendly, honest and patient. He came out on a Sunday and saved us from almost replacing our water pump which we thought had died. He diagnosed the actual issue and saved the day! We highly recommend this company for any of your well and pump needs.

Our well pump went bad on a Saturday morning. We have a special needs 6 year old that requires water for feeds, medical equipment cleaning and washing of lots of bibs, clothing and pads so it was a genuine emergency. They came out incredibly fast, cleared a path to our pump (incredibly overgrown requiring a tractor to clear), replaced our pump and all at an incredibly reasonable price!! HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Super happy with the service. We had no water to the house, and James Hardee came out and addressed problem quickly and efficiently on a Saturday/ weekend. Very reasonably priced. Knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was going on to my husband. Even called afterwards, to check on us to make sure water was good. We couldn't call previous well company we used, because they were closed. Maybe a blessing in disguise. We will definitely be calling Mr. Hardee if we have any more problems in the future with our well. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

On 10/9/24 at 6:00am I contacted Hardee's Well & Pump Repair regarding my issues. Mr. Hardee arrived at my residence around 8:30am, which is exactly when he told me he’d be there. He quickly determined what the problem was and had it fixed within 30 minutes (it was a fairly simple fix). He also took the time to show me what he was doing. When a technician does this, I especially appreciated it. For me it lets me know that they are not just replacing random parts and charging you for them. Mr. Hardee was courteous and personable. I would highly recommend Hardee's Well & Pump Repair if you are having issues with your well.
