Contacted Hardin Septic after our previously used provider failed to respond. Hardin Septic was very receptive and professional in scheduling the next day. Arrived on time, Cliff explained what he saw and provided information on how to take care of the situation. Further explained what actions he was going to take to insure this call was great. Cliff took his time and insured that tank was fully serviced. Price was very reasonable especially with the aspects of what the job entails. Highly recommend this company for top-notch service. Cliff is a professional and very humble.

Cliff came out and cleaned out our septic tank a couple years ago. Did an awesome job. Took the time to clean it right and clean it really good. He’s a great guy! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else besides him!

I couldn’t have been more impressed with a local company, then I was with Hardin County Septic Service. The owner, Cliff House came out to my house on one of the coldest days of the year without hesitation and did an amazing job of cleaning my entire septic system. I had a full main back-up that required repeated attempts to clear, plus an extremely bad tank that had not been properly cleaned in nearly 20 years. Cliff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He's a great guy and if cleaning a septic system can ever be considered fun, Cliff made it so. After learning the hard way, my advice is to be very careful who you choose to have your septic serviced by. There is a big difference between having it so called pumped ( by another company) and having it done correctly. I will never again trust anyone else. A++++++

Total respect. Not only did he show on time, but was friendly and professional and wouldn't leave until both he and I were satisfied that the tank was clean. I was impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to explain his profession to me. We called non emergency and were given an appointment the next day by the very nice office lady. We were called back before the appointment to give us updates prior our appointment. Highly recommended
