Hardin Septic Tank

My house was built new and Hardin did the install. Since year one I’ve had to get my septic pumped sometimes 3 times a year and it was always slow to drain, so after 2 showers it started bubbling in the toilets. I was never sure there was an actual problem due to me being gone for a year at a time with the military and constant hurricanes. My septic finally stopped draining to the point where it was flooding back into the house. I had the first 75ft of line dug up only to find that it was crushed every 5 feet which left me with only 50ft of usable line. I contacted Hardin Septic on several occasion only to be ignored and told I must have crushed the lines myself which isn’t possible since the only thing in my back yard is a riding lawnmower.
