Shoutout to Cheryl. The effort she put in to help me find the part that I need replaced (or a proper replacement) 15 minutes before closing. And then continuing communicating after just to help get an answer, is the type of customer service that needs to be recognized! The other two women in the office were nice as well! Great guys had two of the help with our pluming and heating we called another guy but he wouldn’t touch it unless we cleaned up a mess in our basement which I understand but we can’t be without heat these guy did the work and did it fast and didn’t rob be as well the other guy charged me 150 for driving down the drive way great guys!!

I called them on a plumbing problem and they fit me in as soon as possible. They sent Shane who was very nice, well trained and respected your property. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Thanks to Harding we will not have to enter this years cold season without heat! We are in the process of buying an older house that still had its (almost) original boiler furnace. They were quick to get to our house (we live outside of the Perry area and they never hesitated on wanting to help us) to inspect and even send a second guy (SAME DAY!) to give us a pretty good quote. They were quick to schedule the complete install of our new unit and the guys who came and worked on it were amazing! So friendly and professional who made sure we had all of the questions we could think of answered before they left (they even took the ancient broken system with them.) They made sure to walk us through the upkeep once winter ends and double tested everything to make sure it was going to do what it

Harding to the rescue again! Brady came to snake out my mother’s sewer pipes, which were filled with roots. He was timely, knowledgeable, and friendly and gave great advice should the issue happen again. We appreciate the honest service!
