Harding's Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

Came down in May and the AC Unit wasn't working in the condo. Called the company that installed the unit 5 years ago and they couldn't get to it before I left that week. Called them back 1st of June to plan a trip down to have repairs made and they had sold the business. The new business took my info and was going to have someone call me. Haven't received a call yet. Searched Google for AC Repair in Surfside beach area, and found Harding's AC listing. I called and set appointment up, explaining I would be driving down in a few days and should be in town around 3. I received a call 1/2 way here that day checking to see if I was on time or did we need to adjust the appointment. They arrived on time, checked the AC unit and found it extremely low on Freon. Harding ac is the best around! I had a clogged line and they came out within an hour to show me how to unclog it myself instead of charging me for something so simple. Not only did they save me money today, but for future service calls for a simple yearly maintenance. They were honest and upfront about it, giving me the knowledge to do it myself. Harding AC is a company that cares! For a mother of three it was a blessing to know that there are companies out there like this one who care about their customers and really want to help. I called Harding’s at 9 a.m. asking about a/c / heating maintenance. I ask if they could come look at my unit and do a cleaning. They answered my call and sent Bob at 2:30 pm the same day. Bob was on time, efficient and honest. He checked my ac / heating unit , although my unit is very old it has been well maintained he did not find any issues with it. He cleaned the unit after checking everything out. I was surprised at the cost! As a first time customer, Free. I would recommend Harding’s to everyone. Upfront, honest and on time! When it’s time to replace my unit I will surly call Harding’s to do the job!

Good people and good service. Offered good advice without trying to oversell. Will use again if I need more HVAC work.

I Wish there was six stars I wouldve gave it to Hardings HVAC for the excellence service and customer service experience. They fixed the problem right for $250.00, as other companies recommended that I replace the entire unit. Spending thousands more dollars that what was not needed. Mr. Harding and Ray were fantastic to work with to repair the blower and motor inside my air conditioning at Myrtle Beach home.They are honest folks and I would highly recommend them to anyone that are having issues with there HVAC.
