I initially reached out to Hardware River Company for a small wiring job to complete a bathroom addition. Mr. Zeb met me at the property, and we discussed in detail the scope of work, which included all wiring and the installation of light fixtures, electrical switches, and GFCI receptacles to complete the job. After running the wiring, Mr. Zeb then decided to alter the scope of work to exclude the installation of the receptacles. Mr. Zeb stated that we had agreed on a rough-in of the job, not the finished product that we had initially discussed. This was far from the truth, and if Mr. Zeb had stated this initially, then we would have found someone else willing to complete the job from the beginning instead of wasting our time.
