We had initially had vinyl planks installed when the contractor did the kitchen but they installed on top of a floating floor which now we have learned that is NOT the way. Buckling, cracking and was clearly uneven. Todd spent time to level the floor, fixed the previous contractors sloppy work, and the finished product looks amazing! He has a very good eye for detail and took extra steps to finish the job proper. If you sick and tired of contractors that just “do a job” and move on, Todd is the guy if you’re considering wood floors in your home. Great job Todd, wish I would have met you sooner than I did.

Couldn’t be any happier with Todd’s work and incredible craftsmanship! Not only is he professional, punctual, and reliable, his detailed work is impeccably done as can be seen in images. Look at the tightness and consistency between tongue-and-Groove planks and the threshold seam. This is a small powder room in the works in which we wanted a natural wood floor with oil finish and it turned out even more beautiful than we anticipated. Todd understood our goal, has a keen awareness for proportion, and is prep-savvy leaving nothing to chance. The result is perfection! From working through our preferences and budget, to coordinating and getting the work done, he handled every step with attention to detail and our needs. And on top of all that, the wood floors are amazing and flawless, and our house was left just as clean as before (if not cleaner).
