I did not have actual work done on the issue I called Hare Appliances about, but the time that was spent when they returned my call was as thorough and honest as the day is long. I am very thankful to have someone who tells me if they can’t help me as well as share some words of advice for the problems I was facing. I highly recommend you call them for any of your needs. They will be straight forward and as helpful as they possibly can!

Superb responsiveness. I called about problems with my 13 year old washing machine. Got a timely call back, Mr. Hare diagnosed the problem from the description on the phone, and advised me that it would not be worth the money to fix it. No charge and he even gave me a recommendation for a good quality make and model to replace. Plus he was a pleasure to talk with. This is the old time, small town friendly service that I grew up with; glad to see that it is still around.

Me. Hare is hands down a top notch business man and he didn’t even perform any work on my washing machine. He called me back promptly and after having me describe to him what my problems were he simply told me to buy a new one. The repair cost would have been throwing good money after bad. He could have easily come out to my house and charged me a site visit fee and given the same advice but he didn’t. Thank you Mr. Hare for guiding me on purchasing a good machine.

Worst experience ever: Sorry for the long review guys: Please Read!!! First off, my home warranty referred me to this establishment, so I decided to give it a shot. I called HARE APPLIANCE numerous times and it always goes to voicemail. I left a professional message each time. He called back 2 weeks later and scheduled an appointment for Monday, November 2nd 2020. Today, Tuesday November 3rd and says he didn’t make the appointment for Monday and stated he really don’t want to come to my house for the repairs in the first place due to him not wanting to use home warranty. I explained to him that I would personally pay him and my home warranty would reimburse me. I put off plans for other businesses to come because I saw the review and assumed he was legit. I had an appointment set with this man a week in advance. He ended up having a family emergency on the day of my appointment, which I understand. But 30 minutes past our appointment time I called him to see where he was. He didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know that our appointment was canceled. When I called he had deleted all of my information didn’t even know who I was… He is super unprofessional. I would not even recommend giving him the time of day.
