I called Harford Systems to find out if they could help me with a metal storage box lid for my Coleman popup camper. I took my camper to them and they were able to fabricate what I needed for a fair price. When we attempted to place the new lid on our camper it was a bit too tall. Called Cate P. and brought it back with the camper and they fixed it, at no price, within a day. I was very happy with the service I received at Harford Systems.

One star only because it won’t let me give less! This ordeal starts at 8:30 am I’m looking for a couple pieces of steel! After 6 phones and 5 hours I finally got a price and confirmation that they had what I wanted.. I was hoping to get this done today, now they tell me that their shop closes at 2??? This is why I started the discussion at 8:30am!! I called a Metal shop in Essex and in 5 minutes I had a quote confirmation that they could have it ready in one hour! One hour later I’m in Essex getting the metal I needed, and at half the cost quoted by Harford Systems! I have lived in Aberdeen area for 27 years, and I thought I would support a local business! For metal needs I’ll never make that mistake again!

Those people have their heads up their Kulo!I went in to get a welding job and the person I spoke to had NO IDEA what they weld,how they weld,what kind of equipment they run.SHE DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING but yet she's the one"interviewing"people!!WHAT A JOKE!I'm certified in Tig and there starting rate is less than 17 dollars(straight from the horses mouth too)I told them to take my app and THROW IT IN THE TRASH!

Amazing customer service!!!! Places an order on line and because they didn't have all parts of my order they called and explained that they were doing everything to get my order out as soon as possible... Well they went above and beyond and delivered my order in better then expected time!!! Thank you so much!!!

I ordered a stainless steel crab pot. Could not have been done better.
